At Anubhav Passions, every book tells a story, and we want yours to arrive in perfect condition. While we ensure top-notch quality and careful packaging, we understand that unforeseen issues may arise during transit. That’s why we offer a 7-day hassle-free replacement policy—but only in specific cases.
When Can You Request a Replacement?
We accept return and replacement requests only if:
📖 Your book arrives damaged (torn, bent, water-damaged, or mishandled in transit).
📖 There are printing defects (missing pages, binding issues, misprints, etc.).
📖 You receive a wrong book that doesn’t match your order.
What’s Not Covered?
🚫 Returns will not be accepted for:
- A change of mind or personal preference.
- Minor cosmetic issues (slight cover variations, packaging wear, etc.).
- Damage caused after delivery due to mishandling.
How to Request a Replacement?

Replacement Process
✅ If approved, you’ll receive a replacement copy at no extra cost.
✅ If the same book is unavailable, we may offer store credit or a refund at our discretion.
✅ The book must be returned in its original packaging to qualify for a replacement.
Important Notes
📦 Returns are valid only within 7 days of delivery. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.
🚚 Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.
🔄 No direct refunds—replacements only (unless stock is unavailable).
